CapitalQuotient - Customer Support Manager (1-3 yrs)
- Single point of contact for customers/partners for handling their queries on the online services
- Resolve ticket based queries from customers/partners
- Continuous engagement through online/offline means to ensure customers/partners have smooth on-boarding and minimal disruptions during their trial period
- MIS tracking for sales/service/engagement funnel for customers/partners with regular publishing of various metrics
- Coordinate with sales staff on sales funnel/metrics/third party service providers for business generation/tracking/user acquisition
- MIS on subscription/revenue sharing agreements along with tracking invoices and payments
- Training of additional staff who will be added into this team in the future and build the team in line with similar standards of excellence
