Capgemini - Senior Associate - Demand Generation (4-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Conduct both primary and secondary research to identify potential prospects from the target market
- Create and manage database with contact details for the qualified prospects
- Collect market intelligence through secondary research on the target accounts for efficient sales strategy
- Create calling, email scripts to effectively deliver the messaging crafted by the sales, marketing teams
- Conduct targeted sales calls (cold calling) in order to gain, validate key customer information, promote services and achieve appointments for the field sales team
- Connect with prospects and conduct lead generation through social networking sites
- Conduct email campaigns, handle responses and qualify them into leads
- Act as a plug-n-play resource for different campaigns targeting separate services to separate markets
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Participate in management meetings to provide campaign status reports, share market feedback and help fine tune the outreach methodology
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Should be well versed with business communication syntaxes
- Inside sales experience with an ITES organization is a big plus
- Proven track record in B2B sales or marketing role (telesales included), with 3 or more years of experience in an inside sales representative role selling software services for US and Europe market. Should be open to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience of working on any CRM
- Should have a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
