Capgemini - Lead - Digital/Social Marketing (15-17 yrs)
Based in Mumbai, India, the Digital & Social Marketing Lead will work in a global team with some of the industry's sharpest and most experienced marketers, consultants and sales teams. He or she will work together with the marketers and campaign managers on a variety of projects ranging from the creation and execution of the digital and social campaigns and on developing new ideas for strengthening the Capgemini brand.
You will be part of (Marketing & Creative Services) an internal creative agency of Capgemini. Our stakeholders are Marketing leads who represent different Capgemini offerings and business units, and our job is to support their business and technology solutions with compelling content, best-in-class creative work, and marketing materials that will contribute to an increase in sales opportunities and the growth of the sales funnel.
Core responsibilities :
Marketing Automation Specialist : You will function as a domain expert on implementing and delivering the outcomes through the group's marketing automation tools and ensure a high level of adoption within the larger marketing community.
Campaign Management : You will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. You will be involved in driving large global programs effectively. You will also be responsible for leading the media buying team and collaborate with the agencies if required.
Digital & Social Brand Management : You will need to ensure that Capgemini has a compelling digital and social media presence across all digital channels through regular monitoring, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Demand Management : You will need to work closely with the sales and presales community to ensure there is seamless execution of all demand generation activities. You will be required to drive the demand management activities through a centralized team and be responsible for meeting the marketing influenced KPIs. You will need to optimize the lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email as well as propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns.
Thought Leadership : Evaluate emerging technologies and implement tools to drive marketing effectiveness. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Analytics Effectiveness : You will be required to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
People Leader : As the stream lead, you will be directly responsible for a large team of digital and social media specialist based in India. In your role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring them to achieve the objectives set by the Group.
What you absolutely need to have :
- 15 - 17 years experience in the marketing function.
- At least 7 - 8 years- experience in digital and social media marketing.
- Understanding of B2B Sales processes (e.g. Demand Generation, Pursuit Marketing, ABM).
- Ability to mentor and drive a large team of specialists.
- Experience in managing global stakeholders.
- A postgraduate degree. Marketing specialization and digital certifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A genuine interest in technology and how it can be applied to improve personal lives and business performance.
- Strong project management skills and experience (including knowledge and experience using a variety of industry-recognized Project Management and collaboration tools).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven work setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to put forward new ideas.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
