Capapie Sports - Manager - Sales - Export Vertical (7-9 yrs)
1 To explore & initiate business activities in new countries
2 To grow the existing business portfolio
3 To search new customers in countries where business is existing & add new products to the existing customers
4 To regularly participate in tender in assigned territories
5 Analysis of Export sales data EXIM & IMS
6 Search & finalise distributor in the new business countries with the use of social media like LinkedIn etc.
7 Coordinate & contribute for new agreements & update existing agreement with customers in assigned countries
8 Create & maintain sales data of our as well as competitors for analysis as & when required
9 Search, analyse & add new products in existing country
10 Looking out for Tender opportunities within the assigned territories for new tender
11 Documentation of tender, Performance bond & Bid security application for all new tenders as per requirement
12 Create & maintain database of all past tenders in each country
13 Follow up on the new Purchase order from customers
14 Follow up with regulatory department for the dossier related queries & product development updates
15 Follow up with Logistics team on the shipment of goods
16 Follow up with Planning team for timely manufacturing & supply of goods
17 Any other work assigned by superiors
18 Coordination with different stakeholders PMT, Logistics, Planning. Regulatory & Accounts
19 Market expertise, Country specific requirements, Know about the market under development, Knowledge about regulatory affairs & commercial terms
20 Continuous coordination & follow up with customer over the call & WhatsApp: Communication over the mail
21 Communication, coordination with all the stakeholders, Teamwork, Problem solving. Negotiation, Data Analysis
