Job Description:
- Acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP from Open Market and Builder Relationship.
- Must be familiar with the various documents required by different banks for home loans and LAP.
- Collect and check the documents provided by the customer considering the requirements of the bank and rectify issues if any.
- Coordinate with customer and bank for the entire process from logins to disbursements.
- Maintain excellent relations with the bank as well as customer.
- Coordinate with the banks about queries of customer documents provided.
- Ensure proper completions of the files within timeline as per the checklist.
Required Skills :
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- Candidates must be familiar with the use of various android applications and must have knowledge to use computers.
- Good knowledge about banks and various loans offered by the banks.
- Analyse the finances of customers applying for a Home Loan and formulating decisions accordingly.
- Comfortable travelling within the city visiting customer location for document collection as well as banks.
- Must have the ability to understand customer problems and resolve them.
- Capability of discussing Home Loan requirements with bank managers.
