Capace Software - Executive - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
Position : Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Product Sales
Location : Bangalore
Experience : Minimum 3 years
Note : Experience in IT Sales is must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for POS and ERP software.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying updated on competitive offerings.
- Product Demonstrations : Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our POS and ERP software.
- Proposal and Negotiation : Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Customer Support : Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in selling POS and ERP software solutions.
- Language Skills : Proficiency in English and Kannada is a must, both written and spoken, Hindi is preferrable.
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT products, specifically POS and ERP software, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Sales Skills : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
