Position : Digital Marketing Executive (Delhi location)


About CAPA India :

CAPA India is the largest and most experienced aviation research and advisory practice in India and has advised most of the leading airlines and airport operators in India, as well as numerous global clients.

Role and responsibilities :

- Planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy

- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SMO/SME/SEM, email and display advertising.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Track performance of all marketing campaigns

- Managing all SEO activities such as Content Strategy, Link Building, Keyword strategy, Social Media Marketing, etc.

- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies

- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, and other relevant sites

Required Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or a related field from a reputed university with a master's degree from top universities/ tier 1 institutes with demonstrated academic achievements

- At least 4-6 years of real-world experience with marketing.

- Proven track record of managing the growth engine.

- Experience leading and delivering outcomes through a team.

- Ability to solve challenging marketing problems

- Superior project management and time management skills with the highest quality of output
