Management trainee - (Strictly Freshers or experience less than 9 months)

Profile:

Will be groomed to manage Marketing, operations, business development, sales, marketing of the organization

Management Trainee Program covers 12 months exposure to all business operations

Involves 3 month stint each at Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology

Trainees will be trained on field for each business operation of the company and will be groomed to be next business leaders in the company to manage individual verticals for multi city operations.

Organize and participate in business development activities across the city

Represent as Ambassadors in trade events and increase brand awareness

Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends

Identify new markets and business opportunities

Meet corporates and conduct/organize "Pamper Day" at the their offices.

Perform market study and recommend new avenues of growth and sales.

Manage Operations and understand their daily problems and recommend solutions around the operational issues.

To Apply you need to be:

An OVER CONFIDENT Fresher or less than 9 months experience Sales/Marketing.

Education Background (BBA, Bcom, BBM, BA, BHM) Engineers strictly need not apply!

Good in Communication and interpersonal Skills

AGGRESSIVE/STREET SMART/OVER AMBITIOUS/TALKATIVE/PASSIONATE candidates only should apply

High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
