Job Title- Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales
Reporting Manager- Head of Global Sales
Scope of the Role:
End-to-end responsibility of selling software- product licenses and services- to new and existing clients with a clear focus on Insurance and Banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop sales leads on his/ her own, develop his own relationships, chase up prospects, maintain and grow the sales pipeline and finally convert prospects into customers.-
- Identifying target markets and prospective clients. Responsible for new client acquisitions, management and leading key relationships to meet higher business revenue targets.
- Develop client proposals for services, product licensing and sales. Prepare for and lead sales negotiations.
- Work closely with the delivery teams spread out in India, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa to provide input to bid and proposal activities while recommending and justifying the "price to win"
- Identification and management of regional Partners for implementation support (if required).
- Collection and reporting of market trends, competitor landscape. Provide SWOT analysis report on a monthly basis.
- Identification of opportunities with new services, geographies, channels to generate additional revenue streams.
- Client management and retention.
External Interactions:-
- To actively manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- To work closely with partners, consultants, Market Research companies etc.
People Responsibility:- Will start as an Individual Contributor and build a team based on business volume and revenue
Qualification & Experience:-
- BE/MBA with 10 years of experience in IT industry including 5+ years of selling products and services to the insurance and banking industry.
- Experience in International Markets with significant revenue growth achievements.
- In depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle and managing clients through the pipeline to contract stage.
- Strong business acumen and vision of business growth.

Travel Requirements:- 60% travel
