We are in the process of curating a cutting-edge e-commerce and digital marketing vertical at CAPL via an initiative jointly driven by the CAPL management and a dedicated operating team at TPG. We are currently seeking pro-active Content & Social Media Lead who will work closely with the growth and marketing teams to create a seamless digital ecosystem poised for exponential growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate a foundation for content curation, works in a content management system, curates written content and pushes content live to company website and e-commerce platforms;
- Facilitate and curate all social media posts for marketing purposes in line with company's brand guidelines;
- Is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytic and meaningful measurement;
- Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, and print among others;
- Map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolution of strategy is a must;
- Development of a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals, and defining the owners in each vertical to particular persona groups;
- Be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style Integration of content activities within digital marketing campaigns and product cataloging;
- Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of specific e-commerce platforms to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals;
- Develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies;
- Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics and develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics;
- Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content; and
- Work closely with company's e-commerce, central marketing and design teams on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across all digital platforms.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a Digital/ E-commerce role
