Campden Family Connect - Manager - Membership Services (4-6 yrs)
Member Servicing :
- Manage membership renewals in accordance with set goals.
- Will facilitate member introductions on a global scale.
- Will create & implement marketing strategies for the membership.
- Build and update member profiles.
- Distribute research, publications and data to members.
- Update all member details & run deals through the CRM
- Ensure compliance with best business practice.
Member Renewals :
- Proactively call the Members, supporting their objectives.
- Connecting families globally.
- Meeting with Members on & offsite
- Aid and support internal acquisition processes
Required Skills :
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 3 to 6 years of Industry experience
- Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
- Excellent command over English language
- General understanding, awareness and interest in financial markets;
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills;
- Experience interacting with senior executives;
- Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
