Campden Family Connect - Assistant Manager - Delegate Relations (2-4 yrs)
1. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with Ultra HNI community / Business Owners / Inviting and registering UHNW families/ Data management of delegates / Support Membership / Sponsorship for all major events hosted by CFC around the year. The events include major conferences and other smaller round tables and workshops across the country. The candidate will gain a fundamental understanding of CFC's business model and client base through close coordination with senior members of the team while executing immediate KRAs
Key Job Role :
- Assisting the team in the day to day activities
- Data mining and data management
- Research and data strengthening for overall functioning of business activities
- Aid in building and managing two major CFC conferences
- Organizing and managing membership & community events/ roundtables
- Marketing of conferences and membership events to ensure maximum participation
- Managing social media, CFC website, event webpages in line with events/conferences
- Handling event operations and budgets
- Supplier Management
- Delegate Liasioning including invitation and registration process
- Preparation and design of all event materials
- Attendance at all CFC events
- On site management and documentation
