Job Description:
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding Super-Stockiest, Distributor, Wholesalers.
- Responsible for increasing Secondary Sales
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Servicing the needs of your existing Wholesales and Retailer.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the entire region allocated.
- Maintaining and submitting data in a timely manner as per the company norms.
- Achieving the Sales Target
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the Sales Team
- Setting sales targets for individuals- sales personnel and your team as a whole.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Identifying Loophole and discussing the same with Management for improving the productivity
