Campaigns Strategy Lead - Telecom (7-10 yrs)
- Responsible for Campaign Strategy in - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Developing overall cross channel customer engagement campaigns strategy and implementing the same
- Responsible for the campaigns planning/calendar, campaigns process/flow and initiating high impact ROI driven CRM campaigns
- Responsible for campaigns creative & communication templates
- Responsible for the entire customer lifecycle value management campaigns
- Planning to operations including campaign strategy, targets, measurement metrics & partner with analytics team to drive insights that will be critical to the success of the business goals
- Responsible for driving redemption volume through targeted marketing campaigns, design appropriate offers/promotion to drive redemption volume and deliver value to customers
- Responsible for managing campaigns budgets & proposals
- Establishing and measuring the metrics for post campaign effectiveness and responsible for reporting management
- Ownership - establish and measure customer engagement, retention and satisfaction metric
- BE/ BTech, MBA
- Should have 8-10 years of experience in customer life cycle and engagement campaigns strategy, online merchandising
- Should have exposure to areas such as traffic building, campaign planning, designing offers, planning promotions etc.
- Deep knowledge of campaigns strategy & planning
- Advanced knowledge in leveraging customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign and merchandising planning and execution
- Must be at ease with data science that impacts business/marketing ROI
