Job Summary :

As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, deliver results, and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities :

- Campaign Planning & Execution : Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).

- Content Coordination : Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging materials for campaigns.

- Audience Targeting : Identify and define target audience segments for each campaign to maximize reach and engagement.

- Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.

- Budget Management : Track campaign budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

- A/B Testing : Conduct testing to optimize campaign performance, including copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.

- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies.

Requirements :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience : 0-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field. Internships and volunteer experiences are a plus.

Skills :

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work with data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.).

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and channels (social media, SEO, paid ads).
