Campaign Manager/Media Planner - Advertising PR Firm (1-4 yrs)
Job Description (Campaign Manager/ Media Planner)
- Responsible for the acquisition and management of our affiliates in the digital segment, and create sustainable financial growth through increased sales and forging strong client relationship.
- Should be able to make a media plan with leading online publishers;
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates and to maintain and stimulate relationships with existing affiliates.
- Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements.
- Continually motivating affiliates for a better performance.
- Keeping on top of affiliate marketing trends and best practices.
- Understand affiliate needs and provide inputs to internal product / roadmap.
- Develop and monitor affiliate promotions.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions.
- Proactively managing affiliate budget including accurate cost forecasting, target payback period, and other aspects.
- Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities with particular focus on CPI/CPM/CPD/ CPL/CPS aspects.
- Responsible for end to end campaign setup and execution with 100% delivery
- Should have a deep publisher network engagement globally.
- Identify and address product and campaign needs, and work closely with both client servicing and sales team to better execution of campaign.
- Monitoring and analyzing results of all campaigns and report ROI results
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships via phone, instant messaging, Skype and email
- Coordinate the production of creative components (banners, contextual ads, landing pages), including tailored creative components for affiliates as and when required.
- Promote market and represent company as a representative at conferences and business meetings.
- Analyze/model data to identify growth trends and opportunities.
- Drive monthly, quarterly and yearly delivery targets.
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in dealing with affiliates and or in media companies
- Proven ability to priorities and manage workload across multiple sections concurrently.
- Excellent sense of ROI and profitability in affiliate deals.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Very diligent staying on top of the details and understanding how they fit into the big picture
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Must be data-driven and excellent at data analytics
- Excellent English skills both verbal and written.
- MBA from recognized university/college
