Campaign Manager - Marketplace (1-3 yrs)
Position Overview :
As a Campaign Manager for Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our advertising campaigns on the Amazon & Flipkart platform. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales for our products on these e-commerce marketplaces. Your strategic approach and analytical mindset will help maximize ROI and achieve our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising tools, strategies, and best practices, as well as a keen analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive Amazon & Flipkart advertising strategies and manage end-to-end campaign execution for multiple clients.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Flipkart Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and relevance in Amazon's search results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.
- Implement A/B testing to identify and implement improvements in campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon & Flipkart advertising policies, algorithms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI) for clients.
- Monitor competitor activities on the marketplaces and identify areas where we can differentiate ourselves and gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Advertising Console, campaign structures, and bid optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, online retail, and the dynamics of the marketplaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Familiarity with Amazon SEO practices and product listing optimization is a plus.
- Having knowledge of Excel and its formulas is a valuable skill that can significantly enhance your ability to perform data analysis, calculations, and data manipulation efficiently.
