Google Ads(PPC) Campaign Manager

Job Purpose:

We- re seeking a smart, energetic Paid Search Campaign Manager who is passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce. He/she should be someone who loves digging into the data to analyse trends and find data driven insights for the campaigns. The PPC / Paid Search Manager is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies. The PPC Coordinator can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns. In a nutshell, we are seeking an individual who perfectly knows how to build Google Ad campaigns, optimize campaigns on a daily to weekly basis, and strategize the best campaign outcome for our budgets.

Our Digital Department supports our Sales team to acquire and retain customers to generate revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords.

- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.

- Conducting keyword research and writing copy for ads

- Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other aspects of paid search.

- Ensuring that all Google Ads are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a very strong ROI for our budget.

- Monitoring the success of campaigns using various reporting tools

- Analyzing campaign metrics/data and improve performance

- Reviewing traffic in Google Analytics

- Conducting AB testing across ads and landing pages

- Staying current with Google Ads updates, new technologies, trends, and best practices

Core Competencies required:

- No less than 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).

- Experience in managing moderate to large scale Google Ads accounts in a variety of different business verticals.

- Proficiency in all types of Google PPC campaigns - Search, Display, Discovery, Local, Video, Call, App

- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Google Data Studio.

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with high level proficiency in MS Excel.

- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields)

- Google AdWords certifications are must.
