Job Description: Customer Life Cycle and Campaign Manager
Role Overview:
- Design and manage customer journeys, understand customer segments, and create relevant content and communication across multiple channels.
- Test and measure the success of campaigns to optimize customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Design:
- Develop and map out comprehensive customer journeys.
- Identify key touchpoints and optimize the customer experience.
- Identify engagement opp and create relevant content/medium as per segment
Customer Segmentation:
- Analyze customer data to identify and understand different customer segments.
- Tailor strategies and campaigns to meet the needs of each segment.
- Identify content/medium of sending etc
Content and Communication:
- Create engaging and relevant content for various customer segments.
- Manage communication across multiple channels (email, social media, SMS, etc.).
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and other methods to measure campaign effectiveness.
- NETCORE martech platform knowledge and hands on experience of usage
Performance Measurement:
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign success.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Customer Acquisition Rate: Measure the rate of new customer acquisition.
- Customer Retention Rate: Track the percentage of customers retained over time.
- Engagement Rate: Monitor customer engagement across different channels.
- Conversion Rate: Evaluate the percentage of customers who take desired actions.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Assess the financial return of marketing campaigns.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Calculate the total value a customer brings over their lifetime.
- Campaign Performance Metrics: Analyze metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates for each campaign.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer life cycle design and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple channels and customer segments.
