Campaign Manager (3-4 yrs)
We are hiring for the role of a "Campaign Manager" for one of our clients, a Health Tech Company based in Mumbai.
Role Summary
As campaign manager, you will be responsible for marketing campaigns for our product. The campaign manager's duties will include briefing external agencies, monitoring & assessing campaigns & measuring the ROI of campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on managing spend & schedules. You will ensure that the objectives defined by the marketing head are achieved by performing the following key activities:
JD :
- Ideating, planning & implementing campaigns to increase the engagement of users on the web & app platform for different content types.
- Building physical campaign strategies & ensuring error-free branding collaterals.
- Creating digital nudge strategies & monitor, improvising across channels like WhatsApp, push notifications, emails, SMS, etc.
- Continuously assess & report on the results of campaigns & implement improvements where necessary.
- Create & monitor integrated reports to measure campaign success across channels & align internally with the necessary changes.
- Work with Key Account Managers to revise & optimize influencers' engagement strategy.
C&IDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
- Preferably having 2-3 years' validated healthcare marketing/campaign experience
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B & B2C campaigns
- Customer-oriented mindset & ability to understand customer requirements
- Proficient in oral & written language & communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills & analytical capability
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns at a time
