About the Position:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals who can play a pivotal role in election campaigns - drive political strategies on the ground and execute campaigns involving large-scale outreach. As a Campaign Manager, you'll coordinate with internal stakeholders from across teams and external stakeholders including party leaders and the general public at large. This position will give you a ring-side view of how the Indian democracy functions first hand and allow you to make your impact.

Job Responsibilities :

- You will be in charge of a specific geographical segment/constituency in Andhra Pradesh

- Handling/coordinating with various demographic-focused teams- Hiring, Nurturing, Planning, Delegating, Monitoring

- Conducting on-ground research: In-depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Social Listening

- Formulating reports that summarize insights gained from field visits, retrospective electoral data, leader comparative analysis, and so on

- Monitoring all social media activities to stay up to date on recent political events and hone the skill of suggesting actionable responses to any development that occurs in your region

- Build a repository of information over time which can then be used to identify voting patterns, trends, and issues

- End-to-end Campaign Management

- Maintain thorough communication with internal and external stakeholders with regular updates related to work. These stakeholders could include your organization's leadership or political dignitaries

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor / Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes

- 1 - 6 years of work experience in top organizations

- Exposure to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Proficiency in the use of MSOffice tools for the creation of presentations, plans, and monitoring reports

Preferred Qualifications:

- Have good interpersonal skills and exposure to dealing with various kinds of stakeholders

- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team player.

- Has knowledge/interest in politics (especially Andhra Pradesh), including party dynamics, key players, and a nuanced grasp of significant policy challenges in the respective region

- Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory

- Proficient written and oral communication with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

- Understanding of primary and secondary research

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

- Ability to think big and inspire passion in the team

- Open to extensive traveling

- Must possess a strong proclivity for action and the ability to deal with ambiguity

Note: Candidates who are interested in the political consulting domain and are willing to relocate to a field-based role will be preferred.

Location: Andhra Pradesh

Working Days: Monday-Saturday
