Campaign Manager


- We are looking for graduates/postgraduates from top-tier institutes across India to join our team and work with us in the Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra region, monitoring various political campaigns, conducting on-the-ground research, and gaining first-hand insights.

Responsibilities :


1. You will be in charge of a specific geographical segment/constituency in Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra

2. Handling/coordinating with various demographic-focused teams- Hiring, Nurturing, Planning, Delegating, Monitoring

3. Conducting on-ground research : In-depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Social Listening

4. Formulating reports that summarize insights gained from field visits, retrospective electoral data, leader comparative analysis, and so on

5. Monitoring all social media activities to stay up to date on recent political events and hone the skill of suggesting actionable responses to any development that occurs in your region

6. Build a repository of information over time which can then be used to identify voting patterns, trends, and issues

7. End-to-end Campaign Management

8. Maintain thorough communication with internal and external stakeholders with regular updates related to work. These stakeholders could include your organization's leadership or political dignitaries

Required Qualifications :

1. Has knowledge/interest in politics (especially Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra), including party dynamics, key players, and a nuanced grasp of significant policy challenges in the respective region

2. Proficiency in Telugu/Marathi is mandatory

3. Analytical thinking skills

4. Proficient written and oral communication with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

5. Understanding of primary and secondary research

6. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

7. Ability to think big and to inspire passion in the team

8. Open to extensive traveling

9. Must possess a strong proclivity for action and the ability to deal with ambiguity
