Camp K12 - Relationship Manager - Sales (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Assuming responsibility for the entire relationship management of a growing business
2. Acting as a student/teacher representative who is genuinely excited and confident to help parents/teachers resolving their queries in a new-to-the-world online platform
3. Managing class rescheduling requests, handling the database, and coordinating with the tech team to execute this in the backend to manage ongoing classes
4. Making daily trackers for students/teachers operations team as well as managing daily inbound/outbound email flow
5. Communicating with customers via phone and email
6. Maintaining documentation and communicating the same to stakeholders by recording customer queries and details
7. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree mandatory.
2. Excellent communication skills and confidence. Should have a good command over English and must be empathic, articulate, and concise.
2. Must have a laptop with at least 8GB RAM (to work on our platform), with a working camera and active wifi connection (internet speed of >10MBps).
3. Candidates who have worked on Inbound Processes will be given first priority.
4. Candidates with prior customer success or customer service experience will also be given preference.
