Job Description:
- Understanding client's requirements and proposing the best possible solutions
- To convince the prospects through calling and/or emails and converting them enrollments for our courses
- Conceptualise & Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Focus on revenue generation & meet targets by enrollments over phone to the new and existing clients
- Nurture relationships effectively with existing & new customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 1year to 3 Years of Experience
- Knowledge of Telesales would be an advantage.
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
- Aggressive in meeting sales target
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team
