Camp K12 is a $12M Series A, Global Online platform for 21st century skills. We're teaching Coding, English and STEM subjects to kids aged 5 - 18 via LIVE, interactive online sessions (1:1 and small-group) that take place in our gamified virtual classrooms and work 10x better than a standard classroom environment.

You would be working with a company founded by an MIT/Harvard alum (ex Google, McKinsey) and the Ex-CEO of Apple India, and will work closely with a team that hails from Wharton, Bain, BCG, IIT, Teach For India, Uber, Ola and Swiggy and more.

Job Description :

- Explain to potential customers the Camp K12 proposition and set up a trial class for them

- Pre trial confirmation and in-trial troubleshooting

- Rescheduling missed trials and building customer relationships

- Managing Pre-Sales - Discuss the technical setup

- Assess customer's technical readiness to run a live course on their laptops

- Follow all SOPs while maintaining the Quality bar

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of international client experience (preferably in ed-tech industry)

- Graduate with knowledge of computers and should be tech savvy

- Exceptional English communication with clear diction

- Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills

- Highly motivated and able to drive results with minimal outside input

- Patience, empathy and a great attitude

Timings : 8 PM-6AM (Night shift)

Working days : 6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week

Location : Gurgaon, India. We- re working remotely till the situation improves.
