Camp K12 - Associate - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
2. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls.
3. Regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.
4. Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
5. Update and create tailored client proposals.
6. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
Requirements :
1. Business Management graduates/post-graduates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
2. Available to join within the next 15 days.
3. Have a laptop with a working camera and wifi connection of at least 12MBps.
4. Good problem-solving skills and ability to clearly articulate and converse in English.
5. Experience in B2C sales mandatory, preferably service sales.
