Job Summary

We are looking for a Head-Digital Marketing who will lead our Services team, that provides multi-channel digital marketing & sales automation services to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of automation specialists, content specialists and digital marketers.

- Client engagement, understanding expectations and delivering on the same.

- Strategize, plan and execute multi-channel and integrated campaigns in the digital space, based on objectives

- Monitor KPIs and establish mechanisms to measure performance across different platforms.

- Analyse campaign outcomes and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis

- Communicate and report to clients on the plan, status and insights on a regular basis

- Program Management for multiple client projects

- Build automation strategies for delivery purpose

- Team Management - recruit, train, work allocation, measure and motivate team resources

- Closely work with the top management on various strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing across channels and team management

- Must have executed marketing campaigns across multiple channels - email, social, ads, web

- Experience in Marketing automation tools and technologies

- Understand Go-To-Market and related concepts

- Must have excellent written/verbal communication

- Must have client interaction skills

- Must have managed multiple clients at a time

- Must have managed a team/vendors/freelancers

- Must be hands-on person, who does not hesitate to roll up sleeves and get the work done

- Self-motivated, and customer focused

- Quality conscious and results oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: - 1,200,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year
