Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join our team at Camp Automation. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience. Your primary focus will be on producing and managing high-quality content for our clients across different communication channels - website, email, social media, blogs, digital ads and others.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client business, positioning and messaging of products and services
- Create compelling, well-researched and SEO-friendly content for various channels
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to develop content strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.
- Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for content optimization and improvement.
- Manage an ecosystem of content creators - writers, designers, video editors and others.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Content Writer / Content Manager, preferably in the Technology / SAAS industry.
- Proficient in writing and familiarity with content management systems, such as Wordpress
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Proven ability to research and generate creative ideas for content topics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple content formats for different projects.
- Ability to manage a team/ecosystem of different content creators.
