Cambridge Technology - Manager - Content Marketing (7-12 yrs)
- As a Content Marketing Manager, you will promote, drive and enhance Cambridge Technology's position in the market through an effective global content and project management strategy and plan, as well as execution focusing on voice, visibility, and relevance to revenue.
- You will help to drive project planning and management, a dashboard of results, digital marketing and journeys, social marketing and media, blogs, Omni-channel integration, Communications, and sales enablement, while also driving global consistency.
This role is cross-functional; you will work with the marketing team, but spend time with the delivery and community team. Our preferred candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong writing background and other content format development. The person in this role should be able to develop meaningful content to attract prospects and delight customers across all channels and mediums including blogging, case studies, white papers, and customer testimonials.
- As a Content Manager, you will not only have the opportunity to work with the growing delivery and Creative teams, but also be a part of a variety of interesting assignments, from website enhancements to campaign launches. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, working with Content, Design, Dev and other teams to develop cross-functional communications solutions.
Skills Required:
Content Writing preferably on IT Services, Marketing Communications
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experienced in writing about technology related to Cloud, SaaS is necessary.
- Knowledge of Big Data and AI is a plus
- Deliverables will include all aspects of content creation and curation across the marketing funnel, including blogs, white papers, contributed articles, ad copy, and customer success stories, thought leadership viewpoints, press releases, website copy, social media posts, and marketing emails.
- Experience in managing external creative resources (e.g. marketing agencies, freelancers, etc.)
- Skilled in creating and managing effective online campaigns including email campaigns.
- Excellent verbal & writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to storyboard the campaign
- SEO and SEM knowledge
- Experience in LinkedIn and other social media campaigns is a must
