Responsibility :

1. It is a Business Development lead role.

2. Candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

3. Responsible for converting leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various sources.

4. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls etc.

5. Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport & convert leads into enrolment.

6. Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and also closing the leads.

7. Want to prove their skills and become managers and handle teams within a year.

8. Can think on their feet, adapt to the requirements of the students, address their need and are able to guide and suggest the right courses.

9. Most importantly excellent at follow ups and closing /convert leads into admissions.

10. Cold calling, generating referrals, 3-4 levels of follow up and closing prospective admission.

11. Open to feedback. Understands the importance of working as a team.

12. Manage enquiries, conduct follow ups and generate reports for analysis.

13. Meeting Target Sales.
