Cambridge - Client Success Operations Role (3-10 yrs)

We help some of the largest Global Banks to create superhuman apps for their customers. It's up to the Business Analyst to deliver an amazing experience from awareness to delivery of app platforms. To do so, she instruments the user journey, find places where there could be friction, and build innovative products & features to speed clients toward their goals. This role is a special opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of Product and Customer Experience, using data to help millions of clients to experience the magic of World-class Fintech experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Onboard Clients and ensuring Client success above all else
- Work with clients on their requests and needs and respond in a brand aligned way
- Schedule and conduct regular portfolio reviews for CW clients
- Ensuring all regulatory expectations are aligned
- Day to day liaison with, BSE, RTAs, AMCs and internal stakeholders for smooth processing of transactions and reverse feeds would be added responsibility
- Liaison for PMS, Bonds and other investments to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Collaboration with internal teams- marketing, product, business finance, customer service, etc to manage and manage the category
- Support with admin responsibilities and manager office requests such as petty cash, vendor coordination, leave management etc.

Who are you :
- Mutual Fund Operations Experience required.
- You have Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage office operations along with fund operations
- 3-10 years of Experience in managing client, fund house coordination and office administration
- 3-10 Years of experience in Mutual fund Operations (preferably digital)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of mutual fund regulations and do's and don'ts on MF digital side would be added advantage
- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing partner needs with business goals
