CallHealth Services - Relationship Manager/Account Manager (6-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers /clients.
Job Description :
1. Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
2. Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
3. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
4. Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
5. Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them.
6. Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices.
7. Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand.
8. Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
9. Need to be able to analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
10. Contribute ideas for overall B2B & B2C and Scale Up Plan.
11. Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to address customers- needs.
