The Corporate Sales Manager/Business Integrator - B2B Business supports all the B2B services of CallHealth like Institutional Health Solutions ( Annual Health Checks, Wellness programs, Health Insurance and much more related to health. The Business Integrator ensures all B2B services are rendered in a timely and efficient manner.
Role :
- Client Acquisition- build and manage large number of Key accounts.
- Develop the overall Business strategy for the B2B Services Business by understanding client's healthcare requirement.
- Develop the Pricing model for the cluster of businesses.
- Assess and provide solutions for optimal Resource Deployment & Utilization.
- Plan for mitigation of potential issues/causes for escalations and crash landing.
- Implement and execute the B2B Services Business Plan.
- Provide timely resolution of customer escalations.
- Institutionalize continuous improvement culture across businesses.
- Prepare Cross Selling & Upselling Strategies to scale up the Business in the territory.
Required candidate profile :
- Candidate should be an MBA or B Tech from good college.
- Candidates from Healthcare Aggregators are encouraged & would be given priority.
- Should have the exposure of team Handling.
- Should be well aware about the territory Bangalore/Mumbai
Reporting to: Regional Sales Head.
Salary range: As per Industry norms.
