The Corporate Sales Manager/Business Integrator - B2B Business supports all the B2B services businesses of CallHealth like Institutional Health Solutions. He/She ensures all B2B services are rendered in a timely and efficient manner.
Role :
- Develop the overall Business strategy for the B2B Services Business by understanding client's requirement.
- Develop the Pricing model for the cluster of businesses
- Assess and provide solutions for optimal Resource Deployment & Utilization
- Plan for mitigation of potential issues/causes for escalations and crash landing
- Implement and execute the B2B Services Business Plan
- Provide timely resolution of customer escalations.
- Institutionalize continuous improvement culture across businesses
Required candidate profile :
- Candidate should be an MBA or B Tech from good college.
- Candidates from Healthcare Aggregators are encouraged & would be given priority.
