CallHealth Services - Business Lead - Care at Home Business (6-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The role is to manage end to end Care at Home Business (Nursing at Home, GDA / Bedside Attendants, Physiotherapy at Home)
- The Integrator for Business Development, executes the customer acquisition strategy and segments them.
- Executes the Customer - Lead generation campaigns and converts them as potential revenue
- Identify new businesses & offerings through which achieving the set sales targets and goals
- Set the overall network & supply chain for the manpower and resources for care at home business
- Meet and contract with Hospitals, Clinic, doctors and agencies to create lead for Care at Home Business
- Should have good connections with Nursing and skill training institutes and be able to set the manpower (Bedside Attendants, GDAs, Nurses etc) supply network
- Mine and leverage opportunities for strategic alliances with collaborators/competitors
- Find ways to control revenue leakages due to service denials
- Analyze the market and competitive landscape on the basis of evidence-based information
- Collaborate with Services Delivery for streamlining and monitoring the management of all service orders daily
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Ability to build relationships and close sales targets
- Keeping an active watch over (and involvement in) key accounts
- Interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of market benchmarking and market analysis.
- Should have experience in managing network & supply chain of resources and manpower for the care at home business
- Have experience in supplying / arranging / recruiting / network of nursing and bedside attendants
- Experience in managing relationship with skill program managing colleges / training institutes
