JOB Description :
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1. 1+ Year of experience in International Voice Process
2. Responsible for calling Insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Typing speed of 20-25 words/minute
5. Should be flexible to work in the US evening shifts
