- 3 to 10 years of experience within the start-up, healthcare industry sales/business development with one of the companies in the existing healthcare value-chain. Understanding of the domain. Existing connects within the provider value chain and understanding of the domain.
- Exposure to healthcare start-up or service sales would be an added advantage.
- Strong orientation towards sales and target achievement.
- Reasonable number understanding to break down the targets and work towards achieving them within the defined time.
- Hindi, English & local language skills.
- Learning ability and detail oriented.
- Good listener, patient and ability to handle pressure in a high growth environment.
- Process adherence.
- Technology savvy, comfortable using technology (mobile/web) products and basic understanding of office tools.

Job Description:
To initiate and grow product usage by contacting potential customers. Identifying their needs, persuading them that our products or services (rather than those of competitors) can best satisfy those needs; closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales services. Training the customers on the use of the products and answering their queries/objections.
Responsibilities :
- Implement the business strategy in the assigned market and provide inputs for new products after gathering feedback from customers.
- Create database of potential customers in the market.
- Meet key opinion leaders for own region and maintain cordial relationships with them.
- Collect and record competitor information and trends through market.
- Conduct and manage CME and other such initiatives to maintain company's brand image.
- Plan weekly targets of meeting, sign-ups and engaged customers.
- Collect queries from customers and get response for them within timelines
- Project the Company's Product to all potential customers in the Area of Responsibility
- Maintain good professional relations with all customers in the area to promote company's interest
- Plan promotion activity in the area
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident and have pleasant personality
- Capable of gathering feedback from all stakeholders
- Maintain MIS of the area
- Regular visits to the new and existing customers along with follow-ups.
- Work on the assigned targets and achieve them before time.
Formal Education & Certification:
MBA, University Degree with over 65% achievement.
