Call Centre Representative - Outbound Call (0-1 yrs)
Requirements-:
Minimum experience 6month.
Applicable for FEMALE only.
Salary would be negotiable as per the experience
Fluent in English.
Must have experience in Calling Profile .
Job Profile :
- Invite the students for the Free Career Counseling seminar .
- Outbound Calling
- To provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail.
- To ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT
- Willingness to work in rotational offs & rotational Shifts
- Achieving targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
Day shift (9-30am to 6-30pm)
6 days working, Sunday fix off.
Very good Incentive (except salary).
Outbound calling (Kinds of Bpo calling) through India's no 1 portal.
