Job Description:
- Managing large amounts of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify Customers- needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on Insurance related queries and complaints.
- Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.
- Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.
- Meeting standard Call Centre KPIs - Quality, Call Volume, First Call resolutions etc.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent command on English and Hindi must.
- Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role / Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
- Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills along with active listening.
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
