Call Center Executive - BPO (0-3 yrs)
Urgent requirement of Call Center Executive (UK Shift) with an MNC Headquartered in United Kingdom.
Job Description:
- Resolve customers queries through e-mail and chat within the assigned TAT
- Pay full attention to understand customer queries so that accurate information is provided
- Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat
- Maintain up to date knowledge around various new promotional offers and programs so that customers could be informed
- Escalate unresolved problems with technical support team
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics.
- Maintain internal databases by entering notes/comments so that proper audit trail is achieved
- Coordinate with customer services team in UK via calls through Skype and e-mails
Skills set
- Ability to speak English fluently and clearly
- Ability to write e-mails with a good command on grammar and vocabulary
- Typing speed of minimum 50 WPM with atleast 95% accuracy
- Well organized and quick learner
- Functional knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
