Role : Business Development Representative

At Caimera,we're looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Representative to join our team, with a focus on cold outreach and LinkedIn management to drive our growth.

What will you do everyday?

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to potential clients, utilizing Apollo and similar platforms for maximum reach and engagement.

- Continuously test and refine campaign strategies based on performance data to improve conversion rates.

- Conduct cold outreach efforts via email and social media, personalizing communication to increase response rates.

- Strategically manage and optimize LinkedIn accounts to identify and engage with potential clients, build relationships, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

- Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage.

- Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to track and analyze prospect interactions, optimize sales processes, and report on sales results.

Mandatory Skills required to apply for this role :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales

- Proven experience in sales development, particularly with email-based marketing and cold outreach strategies.

- Proficiency in using sales and marketing automation tools such as Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, and others.

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make informed decisions.

- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive and personalized messages.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
