Reporting to : Branch Head
Responsibilities :
- Will be leading business for the assigned segment for allocated branch including B2B sales & distributors management.
- Responsible to lead team for either of the assignment segment -SME, Retail & Institutional-Direct clients
- Distribution and Channel Management w.r.t to meet assigned targets of Primary & Secondary billing
- Sales forecasting and Budgeting and managing sales outflow
- Will be responsible for overall growth of segment & team. Process and customer orientation:
- Ensures smooth interaction with support functions and further integration with sales team.
- Competitor analysis and Market Intelligence.
- Distribution management and managing statutory compliances
- Ensure the SOPs are followed throughout the segment.
- Integrity and cost consciousness
- Minimize machine pullouts and maximize revenue from existing accounts
- Conceptualize and implement strategies for alternate sales channels
Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDM - Marketing/Sales
- An overall 6-12 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and Team handling.
- Strong exposure to both B2B sales & distributor/channel sales management, HORECA sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent team management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
