Caelum - Manager - Social Media (1-6 yrs)
Caelum is an upcoming ecommerce marketplace in Fashion and Lifestyle category. Our aim is to bridge the gap between digital and physical shopping experience. We are a 2 year old company based out of Mumbai.
We are on our way to achieve our vision of creating the most experiential marketplace in the world and would love to have people on board who are willing to create a world class product and can commit to it.
Currently, we are looking for a Social Media Manager. Here is what you will be doing at Caelum
1. Work closely with the internal team in telling great stories on social media
2. Social media plans & content guidelines for each month
3. Social media analytics - how can you drive growth for the brand through organic and paid engagement?
4. Spend time on brainstorming & ideating content for social media feed & stories and making sure all content is aligned with brand guidelines.
5. You will be doing lots of research on content that sticks, shareable content, what sort of content brings about maximum engagement and in return drives follower retention
6. You will be responsible for daily management of social channels - Instagram, Facebook, YT and making sure timelines are met in terms of pushing content out and follow-on monitoring of engagement with that content piece.
