Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other methods of communication.

- Qualify leads and identify potential customers through effective questioning and understanding of their needs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

- Conduct tour and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our services.

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches and tactics.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the system.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
