JOB DESCRIPTION:

- We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join CAASDI GLOBAL.

- The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with business professionals, establish relationships, and promote our company's services.

- The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of our industry and oerings.

Your responsibilities shall include :

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and networking.

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.

2. Client Engagement:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business professionals.

- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our company's services and understand client needs.

3. Sales and Promotion:

- Promote the company's products and services efectively to potential clients.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.

4. Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance service offerings and stay ahead in the market

Payment

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :

Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client communications. Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
