Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Growth Specialist team. This role involves client onboarding and client acquisition, ensuring that new clients are effectively integrated into our system. This role is critical in expanding our client base and supporting our mission to match exceptional candidates with the right job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce recruitment services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand client needs and requirements to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.

- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

- Track and report on client acquisition and onboarding metrics.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and pitches to potential clients.

Requirements :

- Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Previous experience or internship in business development, sales, or client relationship management is a plus.
