Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketer with expertise in lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving user acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring a high ROI on all performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Lead Generation:

- Focus on generating high-quality leads to drive conversions for our CA and CMA mentorship programs and test series.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve ROI and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).

A/B Testing:

- Develop and execute A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

Reporting:

- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 4 years in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.

Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad copies and concepts.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams effectively.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in edtech or familiarity with CA/CMA-related audiences is a plus.
