Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Edutech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential students, and driving sales for our CA and CMA exam preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and social media to explain our courses and services.

2. Understand the needs of students and provide appropriate solutions through our mentorship programs and test series.

3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

4. Maintain strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the enrollment process.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

6. Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to improve our sales strategies.

7. Maintain CRM records and update sales reports regularly.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience: 0-6 months experience in sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and engage potential students effectively.
