Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops a digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and keeping an eye on the competition.
- All web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns are planned and executed.
- Creates, manages, and expands our social media presence.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying issues that must be addressed in the short and long term.
- Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compares it to goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies and optimizes spend and performance based on trends and insights.
- Experiments and conversion tests are planned, executed, and measured.
- Creates landing pages in collaboration with corporate departments and optimizes user experience.
- Uses strong analytical skills to assess the entire customer experience across many channels and touch points.
- Optimizes user funnels by identifying important conversion and drop-off points.
- Schedules and assigns staff, as well as following up on job results, to meet the operational needs of the digital marketing department.
- Selects, orients, and trains employees in the field of digital marketing.
- Through digital marketing, s/he develops new and innovative growth tactics.
- Client relationships: establishing and maintaining through digital medium (replying to comments and DMs on social media platforms like Instagram, Quora, FB messenger, etc.)
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Process management.
- Self-motivated, but customer-oriented
- Marketing research and statistical analysis are two areas in which you must excel.
- Capable of creating budgets
- Familiar with financial strategy and planning
- A bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing or a closely related field is required.
- Proven work experience of minimum 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in the education industry
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- A/B and multivariate experimentation experience
- Solid understanding of website analytics and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools is required.
- Extensive knowledge of establishing and optimizing PPC campaigns across all major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development as well as constraints is required.
