Job Description:
C2FO Capital Finance is a team within C2FO that offers an innovative approach to working capital financing. By improving and innovating the technology, mechanics, and transparency around traditional credit facilities, C2FO Capital Finance offers businesses a technology-enabled alternative to traditional finance options.
The C2FO Capital Finance team is looking for a seasoned business development professional, who will be responsible for selling innovative working capital solutions to small-medium businesses in India. This will include sourcing the lead from within the C2FO network, engaging in prospecting, pre-clearing the transaction within the department, and then leading the deal through the process from term sheet to approval and ultimately funding.
Responsibilities include :
- Selling of working capital financing solutions to the network suppliers on the C2FO platform.
- Understanding the various needs of working capital by suppliers.
- Preparation of Business/discussion reports for potential clients.
- Co-ordination with capital provider partner banks & NBFCs
- Helping borrowers to complete pre-approval and post-approval formalities including the execution of facility agreement, KYC, etc.
- Working with internal teams and using data to identify the list of potential borrowers.
- Manage on-going client relationships and ensure utilization of sanctioned limits.
- Follow up with the client in case of delay in repayment.
Eligibility criteria:
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in SME vertical of Bank/NBFC/Fintech.
- Knowledge of working capital financing products.
- Dealt with invoice financing/Supply chain financing product in the past.
- Experience in client acquisition of SME clients (Turnover of 20 crores to 500 crores) for Asset relationships in Banks/NBFCs/Fintech would be preferred.
- Ability to lead a team of inside sales/relationship managers
- Candidate should be ok to travel within the region and other cities in the country in case of the job requirement.
- Good communication skills.
